SpongeBob has to go to boating school and keeps failing due to his habit of freaking out when the driving part of the test comes up. He tells Patrick about the problem and Patrick says that he will help him by sticking a radio in SpongeBob's head and tell him what to do.
During the test, Spongebob learns that he is cheating, and his habit of freaking out catches up to him again.
