SpongeBob becomes the hall monitor at boating school, much to Mrs. Puff’s
dismay and terror. He spends the entire day giving an acceptance speech, so
Mrs. Puff lets him keep the hall monitor gear on until the next day. After
class, he still thinks he is the hall monitor. SpongeBob attempts to help
people all over Bikini Bottom, which only leads, as usual, to chaos.
